Colloidal chemistry is the ability to create billions & billions of charged particles from agricultural ingredients that can penetrate surfaces to a depth of a nano-meter (1 billionth of a meter) and lift, suspend and emulsify oils making them "readily" biodegradable.

When the attraction to the Eco Mist® cleaner is greater than the electromagnetic forces holding the materials together that are to be removed, the weaker material is broken up into billions of individual particles and taken into solution by the Eco Mist® cleaner.

Because the material to be cleaned is now a part of the Eco Mist® solution, it can not redeposit on the surface that was cleaned.
